On 8-dec-2012 i make an order for bsnl tablet- BSNL Penta Tablet WS702C With Calling, during that time it shows available of product, & will be deliver in 20 days,but till date they not deliver my product,after 1 month i call the for product they again told me within a week it will be delivered to you but after they told me it delayed by company , many times i call them to cancel that order but they told me it will be cancel in 48 hours but now it is about 60 days till date they not cancel my order.

i make this for my younger brothers birthday, thats on 8-jan-2013,now it is worthless for them because for his studies we now buy the samsung tab, approx 50 to 60 times i make them call and each time it costs minimum 6 rupees , and mail them many times, and bank interest of that amount, and for same features i have to spend 20000 rupee, means approx 15000/- rupee, more i have spend.mental pressure extra.

now i want my money back with bank interest and my phone bill and all extra expenses ,what i have make due to them. and som hard punishment to them so that they don’t say lie or fraud with any other person.
