MTNL is promoting its Data Card with a exciting 3G plan i.e for Rs.5000/- 100GB data. I have taken this plan in November 2012 But due to signal problem we are not getting value for our money. I have given many complaints But no body is hearing our voice.

If MTNL is unable to serve us properly they must refund us our money.
