According to Govt. of India all banks must issue new cheque book to their customers free of cost, but I am having account (number 31865641848) with SBI, they have updated that they have delivered my cheque book on 20th January 2013 at my address. I have given many complaints (cb43667750631) that I did not receive any cheque book BUT they are not entertaining us.

I need my CTS 2010 cheque book.
