The laptop of TOSHIBA C850-P5010 was ordered to timtara.com online shopping services on 6 oct 2012 and payment of 18599/- Rs was made through credit card.As per their terms the product will get delivered within 20 working days but the same was not delivered within stipulated days after that I follow their phone number & complaint was given by mail But contineously they are saying that the product will be delivered within 3 to 4 days the same answer was getting me from last 2months & over 100 of phone call.

I paid my hard earned Rs 18599/- before 3 months I spent daily Rs.100/- on net cafe & mobile for checking & follow up my order to Timtara Mental Harashment & disturbunces in my routine work due to this follow up as customer care services is operated during working hours

Product at the eairliest with compansation of Rs 25000/- for the work which is hampered due to non-availability of laptop from last 2 months.
