I have bought a product from www.timtara.com. the details are- product- karbonn A11 mobile handset order id- 10372780 order date- 19/12/12 delivery time- within 3 weeks from date of purchase order price- Rs.6719/-. the product has not been delivered yet,when i contacted them they didn’t responded well and every time asking for more time and used to disconnect the call without proper talking. even i mailed them several times but they didn’t responded to any.

Either they quickly deliver me my product within 2 days,or i want a compensation of Rs.15,000/-
