Dear sir, I had ordered a BSNL PENTA WS702C tablet by making an online payment of Rs 6648, having order no-10362740 on 3/12/2012 but after passing of more than two weeks when I did not received my product I made a cancelation of the order by giving a written mail to there email id(nisha@timtara.com) and calling to there customer support no which are 01356670700 and 01353051500 on 22/12/2012. Since then I have been waiting for my refunds and there customer supporys are neither picking my calls nor are replying to my mails, even the order status also remained the same as awaiting shipment, it has not been cancelled from there side. I am in a hopeless situation. Please help me to get my refund back and kindly take the necessary action to stop the website and send them to jail for doing fraud business. I have lost Rs 6648 and even around Rs 500 and more on phone calls to there customer support no and mental harashment along with there customer supports bad and rude and behavior.

I want my money to get refunded as soon as possible and Rs 500 for the phone calls made to there customer support number for the last 3 months.
