I ordered samsung galaxy S3 phone from timtara.com on 31st October 2012 with full payment. Even after repeated phone calls, e-mails, office visits I still haven’t received the phone.

I paid Rs. 30700 for the phone.

I want the phone in perfect condition or my money back plus interest for the time they have kept it, plus money for the time I have wasted in phone calls and office visits.
