Hi, My refund for Order No.10345808 initiated on 27th November, i have pre paid order with credit card on 30th October of amount 25199. I have called timtara around 40-50 times and written 20-30 mails regarding this order to get my money back. But till 3rd Jan 2013 i do not have my money refunded on my credit card. I could not gift this on special occasion nor able to by the product outside as i am not getting money back as promised multiple times.

I want my money back amount 25199 + interest amount on credit card 3.75% per month and Rs 1000 for call charges.
