My order no is : 1040774 I have ordered “Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082” from TIMTARA online shoping and I paid the amount 19100 by my SBI Debit card on 11/03/20113 7:05PM. After 4-5 working days i called TIMTARA customer care then i came to know that product is out of stock and i can get it after almost 20 working days, So I canceled the order on 19/03/2013. After cancellation no one is responding via mobile or via email. Whenever they pick my call they say after 4-5 working days you will get your money. Further more from 3/04/2013 they are showing the status as “REFUNDED” but where is the money???

I want my refund. Till today (22/04/2013), I have spent 400 Rs on phone for calling them but no response from there side. So please help me to get my refund.
