Godrej EDGE Refrigerator Problems Since Installation

I Purchased a Refrigerator “EDGE” about a year back. Right from the installation it has technical problems. Have lodged complaints several time and the same has been addressed though late in many occasions. Previous month the Technician replaced the compressor and I thought it would solve the problem but this did not happen. Again I am having problem as the fridge has stopped cooling properly.

I have lodged a complaint and the number is W1505554794,CSN is 889.

On calling the technician “Mr.Pradeep Sahoo” over phone I received a strange answer which is compelling me to think that I am intentionally harassed. He said ” you have lodged a complaint with customer care OK I will see if I can come within 24 hours time.”

Every time the Service Engineer came the thing got settled temporarily but the problem persisted. I have doubt about his effectiveness or may be he is doing this for some other reasons.

You can very well understand my condition in this summer with the fridge not working.

I have kept my patience for long and now feel that I must do something which may have been avoided if my problem was addressed properly.

I want the fridge to be replaced with a new one immediately else I will be forced to lodge a complaint in Orissa State Dispute Redressal Commission Consumer Court/ Consumer Forum.

Would appreciate a positive reply and action from your end by today.
