I have Nokia E7 Mobile phone. There was some problem with the screen display. At times the screen colour used to change to green. The frequency was about once in a week of the screen going green. Last Monday 15.04.2013 I took the phone to Panipat Nokia Care near bus stand. The checked the mobile phone and said the mobile needs to be vaccumed and will be all right. He did not make any entry or job card. He returned the mobile after vacum cleaning in about 30 minutes. They also updated the software. However the problem was not solved. Today I took the phone to Nokia Care at the address given above. The display was still working except the problem once in a while. They opened the mobile to check the same. Then they said that there is some liquid inside. Then they said that something is broken inside. Then they gave an estimate of 7999/- which they revised to 6000/- later. After this they closed the mobile. After closing the mobile the display stopped working completely. I have to say that the phone can not get broken from inside without opening. The phone was never opened. I am being cheated.

My mobile should be repaired free of cost as it is in warranty and has not been tampered with.
