I had placed an order on Timtara.com for purchase of HP Laptop costing Rs.32490/- on Dec.18, 2012 alongwith full payment. My order no. is 10372214. As of today,more then two and half month have passed and I have not yet received the product nor i get back my money. when 3 week completed then i started calling to timtara customer care. on 22nd Feb i told them to cancel my order and refund my money back. still message is appearing that the item is “awaiting for shipment”. Inspite of my many complaints to call centre, I am not getting satisfactory reply regarding shipment / delivery of my product or refund of money.

Called more then 150 times to timatara call center. eace time cost around RS.10 . Sufferred mentally a lot.
