I had taken the membership from M/s. Today Retail Network Pvt . Ltd. Delhi for the Affordable Holidays for 4 nights & 5 days.The telemarketing executive promised gifts worth Rs. 40000 which never came. The membership numbers is BIT110487582. I made payment Rs. 5998/- each against two bookings IDs (1) 1018067862 and (2) 1018067885. Accordingly, I contacted for the booking to M/s. Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. On 20/11/2012 and after discussions with the representative on validity of my booking and getting confirmation mail from them made further payment of Rs. 450/- each. I further fulfilled the requirement of submitting duly filled and signed vouchers for both the booking. I contacted customer care many times but no proper response. At last I have received a mail providing the new vouchers to resubmit the same which were submitted in time. However, I have been communicated that the time limit is expired now and booking cannot be allotted though the payments of Rs. 450/ was made after confirmation of validity, new vouchers were send after the request received from them.

This also made financial loss on account of making payments towards booking for holidays Rs. 11,996/- (5998/- + 5998/-) with M/s. Today Retail Network, Rs. 900/- (450/- + 450/-) to M/s. Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd after getting written as well as discussion on phone. Also, the cost of Rs. 2000/- for calling M/s. Affordable Sales for a period of one month and suffer with mental agony, harassment and fraud by the M/s. Today Retail Network Pvt . Ltd. Delhi and M/s. Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd .Rs. 5,15,896/- Refund of Rs. 15,896/- and compensation Rs. 5,00,000/- on account of fraud, mental agony, harassment and wasting time in contacting the M/s. Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd
