have A skoda Laura Registered number GJ 5 CE 5574. This is My second Complain about the misbehaves from Skoda TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD. previously the general manager had misbehaved with us and after submitted the complain he have told us that consumer care or any agency cant do anything so we should stop complain. now recently my car meet an accident. and the car was damaged. i had sent my car to TORQUE AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD. Surat. where the Representative from Insurance Department has to inspect my car and process the Insurance for my car. but inplace of inspecting a car he have started giving us advice that we have not taken the insurance what he advised us to do so its not possible to claim it now. and if we want to claim then we has to pay labour charge and other charges. but the truth is i have bought a best insurance plan for my car for rs. 43000 and its a totally cashless. this same rep wanted me to buy other insurance cause he was getting commission there but i deny that and i have bought what i liked so now in place of helping for giving service they are giving me excuses. he even doesnt wanted to take the car but after i told him that i am going to complain him then he took my car but up to now no action has been taken. and the guy seriously misbehaved with me over the phone his number is 9909929xxx. KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION as early as possible. this is not a first time this people has done this. so kindly take the necessary action as early as possible. AZAZ TELLY 9998755xxx

I want Immediate action to be taken against the same insurance department guy who spoke to me from number 9909929xxx. and against service manager as well. who should has to drag his attention. but we have previously complain against him thats why i guess he is taking revenge
