Complaint under warranty on 20.7.2014. But executives are not changing the parts and giving excuse that it will be done in 3 days and it has happen thrice.
The hinge is damaged and the screen has started flickering. Moreover the LAN port is not working and they are not logging the complaint for the LAN port.
Since time has passed and the Laptop is faulty I would request for replacement of the same as I also insisted for the same as the service boy is not trained he has damaged other Laptops of my colleagues too in our college.
