i ordered set of specs on 28/07/2014 in name of rochak mittal with order number 1201459707, but its frame was twisted, i make complaint at customer care & returned set with return id no. 76823 and ordered again against the store credit with order number 1201479262 on 05/08/2014 & received specs on 11/08/2014, but quality of this set is also not acceptable.

it gave me immense physical damage as i use specs to correct my eyesight and due to lenskart. apart from physical damages it gave me huge amount of mental tension & torture.
