I have bought Toshiba laptop on 1st Sep 2012 with 2 year extended warranty (Toshiba Laptop Model No Satellite C640 with serial No 4C137452Q )and I registered the extended warranty on their website Toshiba-india.com. in Sept 2013 I have filed a complaint regarding 1 hinges of the laptop which was lose but my call was not attended till now and now they are saying that my laptop was with 1 year warranty and due to some updates on website we have lost ur warranty extension data. it is my work laptop and my business losing from September cause unavailability of customer and their services details. Even I have shared my Invoice copy which clearly mentioned the extended 2 years warranty with default 1 year warranty.
I want my laptops will be get changed and provide us the compensation for the all business loss and mentally harassment which I am receiving from September first week to till now.
