I am resident of thane and I had purchased one Toshiba LED TV 32PT200ZE on 03-Dec-2012 in Allahabad of cost 29,5000 . After approx 1.5 years from date of purchase, the television start malfunctioning so i logged complaint in Toshiba customer care(Complaint No : SRXF0028921 Dated 16 Oct 2014). As the result technician visited my home in thane and said there is problem with LED panel. He replaced LED panel after few days but the problem persisted. He then said there could be issue with main board and replaced that also. After he replaced the main board, the Television start working as expected. But within few days, there was again issue with Television. This time i again logged complaint Complaint No : SRYF0001799 Dated 01 Nov 2014 and technician told me that LED Panel is not working. After repairing 3 times, finally service center offered me the new television but a degraded model(not having full HD, No Audio Output and PC connectivity), so i refused . They offered me few more models but none is matching with my existing TV configuration. Service center explored all the option, but non was working. so they transfer my case to Andheri Corporate office (Contact person was : Ajay Veer and Deependra). Deependra took my case and offered me the full amount refund. They said they have raised the request and waiting for approval. This whole chapter was going on till 09-Dec-2014. I was totally fed up with all these matter and asked Ajay Veer to commit a date to which my refund will be processed. He promised me that “before 30-Dec-2014 the case would get closed”. The case is still open now and i call them on 31-Dec-2014. Now Deependra said he will replace my panel again by 08-Jan-2015 as refund is taking long time. He also committed that he will try to extend my warranted. I afraid that the company has repaired this television 3-4 times, so will it work properly in future ? I would like to ensure that they extend my warranted as per their commitment. if possible I would like to get my hard earn money back as there it is now proved that toshiba has provided poor service and bad quality product
I want my money back as there is no reliability of television with has been repaired 3-4 times. If refund is not possible they should at least repair my TV before 08 Jan 2018 and extend the warranted by two months as per their commitment
