Maam, This is to bring to your kind notice, that promises made by your company are not fulfilled. on the pretext of luring customers for offer on upgrading your package and secondly, on making friends and relatives to join and telling that you will be getting best of gifts vouchers and then not even listening properly, and she spoke as if we are at her mercy and keeping the customer in dark and finally she is on a denial mode. Completely denying whatever she has committed at the time of admission. She is been postponing whenever i keep on inquiring about the vouchers by saying whenever it will come i will call you. THIS IS A VERY COMMON PRACTICE IN DWARKA CENTRE. Headed by BABLI. Who i think should be first in PR classes and trained properly how to treat a customer. i was shocked , when i got a call from your call centre regarding the availability of my voucher….. She bluntly refused and said i have no clue about the voucher. My humble request to yourself maam to look into the matter as this BRAND – TOTAL HEALTH can’t afford to have employees of this nature with RUDE BEHAVIOUR.
