The purchased the tourism package on the basis of the telephonic call from the party but the terms and conditions with clear discussion about cancellation & refund terms i.e. I need to inform them within 72 Hrs of payment made to them. After payment within 24 Hrs I informed them to cancel my package and return my money. After sending my cancellation request I received mail of terms & conditions from the service provider but terms were different than those told and those are in the written mail. I replied them the same as there is difference and requested them to return my money but even after follow-up there is no response from them.

I want my money paid to them, back. I have the e-receipt of the credit card payment made to the service provider. The e-receipt and all the evidences of communication being a HTML File – I am unable to attach it as your portal do not accept it. Hence I have copied all the mail communication in word file and converted into PDF and attached it here.
