I bought my wife’s chappals from Tower shoe on 9th June,2013. At the time of buying goods, they committed to replace chappals if any manufacturing defect or any problem occurs within six months. Last week when I ask them for replacement they denied any replacements.

Loss of 700 Rs. if chappals not replace as they are totally out of service.

Return of money – 700 Rs.
