I am Parthasarathy.P was employee in Toyo Engineering India Ltd. (Office-Mumbai); employed at PMC_construction/HPL- Haldia(W.Bengal), having employment no: 13095 Date of joining- 20-dec-2008, Date of leaving- 31-jan-2010. PF account no: MH/0019504/5473. I applied for withdrawal of my pf account on 01/02/2010 & on 2nd attempt made on 13/06/2012. I have been waiting for more than 2yrs as of now. Many more times I tried to call the concerned person in TOYO office Mumbai; Ms. Sandhya Pandit,(022-25737025/022-25737000, EMAIL:panditsa@toyoindia.com , CONTACT@TOYOINDIA.COM) Frequent calls & frequent mails to her didn’t fetch me anything but only negligence answer. Whenever I used to call her, she asked me about my employment no; final settlement paper etc., whatever documents she asked me; I sent to her through courier, even I retained courier consign number for safer side(CONSIGN NO:B84267633). She gradually stopped to replying to my mail, hence I used to call Mumbai office. Even I filed RTI act 2005 seeking Pf information on 4-dec-2012. (APPLICATION NO:MH/PF/R.O.THANE-II/THN/444/RTI/492) I received reply that; the toyo establishment exempted from the pf office Mumbai, & they asked me to contact Trustee of the toyo company Mumbai. I made frequent international calls to her(Toyo) pertaing to pf status, by draing out money in my pocket but of no use. But after many more attempts she(Sandhya pandit-toyo) told that: cheque has been signed by financial dept., and dispatched on 24-dec-2012 via registered post. When I asked her to provide consignment/tracking number. She asked me to call after 1 day, again she told she couldn’t find ref/consignment number as it is difficult to search. So I waited patiently till to date, but no gain. Again I called her & told I didn’t receive any cheque. I begged like anything to provide me tracking number. But she clearly denied saying that; it is difficult to search. I am totally exhausted and menatelly harassed by toyo company treatment, and even financially by making international calls to her. Nearly I lost 5000rs only make calls to toyo Mumbai office. Please help me what to do in this case; how to approach consumer court. Finally I got ray of hope to reach you.how many days it may take to solve. Because I am working in gulf, so it is hard to get leave to attend the case. i have all the evidences and documents regarding pf and contacting them. even i retained rti application, courier receipt, my pay slips of toyo company etc.letter to trustee toyo eng india ltd., even i ready to provide the details required by you further action Hope to receive positive reply from you.
