Toyota – Liva Company Cheating Customers – No Service

In 2011 we were promised an automatic window, & many more features for Etios Liva the top model by the toyota dealer. But on delivery did not receive the same. As we nothing in return we could not claim. But after a month or so there was noise coming from the car while changing the gear. Till today they haven’t solved it & today after 2 yrs the dealer i.e. NANVATI TOYOTA says that this is a technical pattern in the car. How can such behaviour be tolerated? Despite being cheated during the time of purchase we tolerated but now the company wants us to accept the noise coming from the car

The dealer service centre is more than 20 kms from my place & everytime going for the same complain & coming back in auto.. It charges a lot.. Not only money but my time, energy is also valuable. Since 2 years every time i go to the service centre i tell them to repair the noise but since then no solution is given. Despite that what result is ZERO

I want to my car to be given to as it was told to me at the time of purchase & without any noise & disturbance with the claim of torture suffering since 2 years of purchase of Etios Liva top model from Nanavati Toyota.
