I have sent one courier from Trackon on Dated :13.11.2014 vide AWB no : 422544688 but it is still not delivered by this company neither any update is available on website. It was my very valuable product which i need to return to amazon ( the online shopping centre) and my 700 rs got stuck in this . a middleman like us its very difficult to stuck our money in this manner and then its creating a hassle to get any revert from them .plz help me if you can in any manner .

I want my parcel back with the charges which i have paid for delivering the courier to the concerned address or i want my total refund including the cost of that parcel + courier charges from this company . if they had delivered this courier to the concerned address then i need the time of that and the name of the person to whom they had delivered it .i will get this verified also from that amazon company .
