Dear Concern, My name is Adil. I placed an order with Tradus.com for the occasion of birthday of my 2 year old son.,he is residing with his old Grand parents at Jammu and Kashmir and we are residing at Delhi we placed the order for his birthday . The order was for a jumbo red teddy bear and they delivered a pink teddy bear that too of cheap quality that can be purchased for mare 400 – 500 in local market. When I lodge a complaint against them they told to return it back but as i earlier discussed my son is with his old grandparents so they cannot do the same as this will be problematic procedure for them. We requested them to contact us or share the contact number as they do not have any contact number on the website but after so many requests we received a single call from them and they did not resolved the issue on cal and told they can neither transfer the call to the manager nor can share the number of any of their manager or any person, they told us that we will arrange a reverse pick up for the same , but till now no one has picked the same back. And the main thing is that tradus does not have any phone number where we can call for the status when ever they wish they reply over a mail in once in a blue moon. We requested them to ship the actual product and side by side arrange the reverse pick up but no one bothers to revert back, my sons Birthday falls on 22nd of this month and we want the product by that day.
