i purchase the VOX pedestal rechargeable Fan through tradus.com , the product marketing and sold by Alpha Radios, write now the fan adapter is not working we check with locally nobody had that model, i contact the Alpha Radios and ask the adapter details , they told that will be chargeable cost Rs.500/-, i made payment of 03-10-2013, till now i did not receive the product adapter , nobody given proper response to me, past 1 month i did not able to use the FAN. i check with local mechanic if i receive adapter now not use because the the batteries all dead due to not recharge the fan for the past one month, so i lost the money of 4500/- around of purchased that product kindly do the needful

the pedestial FAn is not working , total lost of me . the FAn purchased =Rs.4000/- through tradus.com and the payment sent to alpha radius for adapter Rs.500/-,
