I bought a mobile phone on 17 feb 13 for 8500. It had some manufacturing defect so i procurred “Dead on arrival” certificate from the seervice centre and was picked up from my place by tradus.com on 25 feb 13. Even after 14 days i am still waiting for the product.They are only sending me mails but not the product. I requested for the refund but they didnt do that too.
