Sub-Order ID: 11839811_01, placed on their website on 23/12/2013 i havent recived my order yet. they claim the delivery of the product on the prepaid product in 7-10 business days. its 1 month now and i have not received my product for which i have already paid to the website, www.tradus.com. they do not respond to my query niethier they have any customer care number, i feel cheated. i have paid and i have not received my product as well. please help

i want my money back with compensation.
