Tradus.com – Product is not delivered after online payment

My product didn’t get delivered at all after online payment(Product id-12067795). I got messages and emails from them mentioning that product has been delivered. I informed them about the matter with getting a reply as whether I’ll accept a gift voucher or not without any mention of the product I ordered.Then I got message saying issue has been resolved and requesting my buyer experience. Now they are contacting me over the phone and email accusing me that I have received the product but lying to them.

First they scammed Rs 52/- out of my account and probably done the same with ten thousand other customers. Now they are accusing me of FRAUDULENCE saying that I am complaining although I have received the product.

1. Get my rs. 52/- back 2. Exemplifying punishment for these fraudsters.
