I am a first time user of these type of online sites. You can check that I have purchased a lot of products through Tradus. But I am really very sorry to say that I am very much disappointed by the sellers you have on you sites. They always do the different things what they show/say on the site. I have purchased a Samsung S Duos Mobile from one of your seller AA Distributor, Jaipur. They have shown a white color Samsung S Duos but they have send the Black piece to me. Color doesn’t matters to me but this the starting point of their cheating. When I opened the packet it doesn’t have any the earphone in it. While inquiring they said they don’t have the same after a lot of discussion and calls from my side and escalating the issue on your site they send a duplicate and defective earphone to me. The phone has not completed its 1 year of warranty and its showing the problem. The phone is not charging. I have shown the same to the Authorized Samsung Service Center. They told me that the phone Doesn’t have Indian softwares and can’t be rectified here. KINDLY TELL ME IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY IS A JOKE FOR YOU GUYS? IS IT MY FAULT TO TRUST ON TRADU? I AM REALLY VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED AND DIDN’T EXPECT FROM SUCH A RENOWNED SITES THAT IT WILL NOT HELP ME IN GETTING THE SAME CORRECTED. I HAVE ESCALATED THIS ISSUE ON YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ALSO BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE TOO. Kindly take some strong steps to RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I NEED MY PHONE TO BE REPLACED

My Phone should be replaced and I should get it with Indian Softwares only
