On 20/11/2013 to my surprise I recd. a message which read as “YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.30 FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS…..” On My Reliance communications mobile no. 8144770245. Though I never subscribed to any such service still upon checking the balance I found Rs.30 deducted from the balance. Which is an unfair trade practice. When I have not requested why it has done. Its a cheating. Kindly provide my balance back.

Reliance should this Massive Unauthorized Caller Ring Back Tone Activation and the governemtn must probe the same.
