BSNL PENTA TABLET – After 15 days it is found that unit is not working properly

I had purchased BSNL Penta Tablet through SNAPDEAL vide Order No. 1150324643 on 01-08-2013. The Unit Was purchased through Snapdeal. I Have received the unit on 03-08-2013. The Value was Rs. 6930. After 15 days it is found that unit is not working properly and there is a problem in software, speakers, battery and it is hanging constantly. I contacted Pental customer care and advised to send the unit on their service centre at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. I did all according to them. I have received a job sheet No. PENSER0074666 ON 03-09-2013. It has already been 1 month and 20 days but no proper response is getting from their side. They are only giving false assurance but nothing positive. Whenever i contact them through mail they only seek some more time. Their Customer Care No. is 0120-4805200. Please help me to get the unit repaired or the money refund.

Either the Unit is get repaired or refund my amount.
