On 28-April-2015 I tried to donate Rs.500 for Nepal Relief from Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund Website (https://pmnrf.gov.in/payform.php) but due to some technical failure through your (billdesk) payment gateway after providing 3D secure password it failed. Money got debited from my account but no confirmation has been received yet for successful payment for prime minister’s fund. Please return my money back. I have also mailed to pgsupport@billdesk.com( Billdesk Support Team) and pmnrfonline@gov.in( Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund Team), but no response has been send from their side yet.
