Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased samsung mobile in Jun,2013 at Mobile store, Dehradun. With this I got 12 free movie ticket for six month(2 tickets per month). But after 4 movie vouchers I could not get ticket. I have contacted through phone or email, but as per reward port (TravelPort Holidays India Pvt. Ltd) executive Tanvi Maniar due to technical problem they could not issue ticket. I have contacted directly through phone several time and email them 13 times (07.11.2013 onwards-mail available), but I could not get free movie ticket till date. They have cheated me. Kindly take stern action against them so that a common man (aam admi) should not get cheated neither through mobile store or reward port (TravelPort Holidays India Pvt.
