They give a Holiday voucher through Standard Charted bank worth Rupees 4000+ taxes which can be availed by giving the filled form to them. I did all and gave all the details, after which I did not receive any communication till 16 days after continuously following them on call. Even after that they are not giving me the hotel booking, and say now the hotel is booked. Due to slow service and no response did not got the booking and all my money near about 4500 are wasted and suffered a lot of time wastage.

I want the hotel booking or all my money back. I don’t need a compensation just all my money back.
