TTN Broadband – Pathetic Service

Hi, I have been using TTN connection for the last two years. However, despite being cheap, they are pathetic when it comes to customer issues. They have no concern for the problems of the customer, they have stupid and bureaucratic processes that can never take care of quick requirements of customers. There are two incidents below to highlight the same 1. We made the payment on the due date in cash in the evening. However, the person who collected the cash in the evening, did not enter the details in their system. So promptly at midnght they disconnect our connection.

This was a connection at my office and I had a skype interview with some applicants starting at 9 am. When I reached office at 8:30, I realised that they have disconnected the internet despite us having paid on time. When I called up the service center, the response was that no body is available till 10 am to rectify this issue at their end, so I have no choice but to bear with it. No matter how much I argued and requested, the response was the same. Finally, the internet came back at 11 am or so and I had to face all the applicants the next day, with pretty much a red-face! 2. There is no alert of you reaching you consumption limit from their side. So today, in the evening I realised that I have run out of quota. Again, being an entrepreneur, I have calls etc from home over the weekend, hangouts etc with the entire team. I called them up in the evening to enquire about how I can pay and get the limit reset. The person actually told me that he would reset it, but it will take sometime. Having experience with TTN, I did not press for quicker resolution, just wanted to know if it would get resolved before tonite. The person assured me that it would be done. I call back at 9:30, because the reset was not yet done. Once again the same bureaucratic non-sense of seniors not available and nothing is possible. And in all these conversations, they have been trained to repeat the same non-sense of processes etc and not care two hoots about the customer. So TTN is cheap – in price as well as in service. The only reasons that I still have their connection is because non one else is willing to service our appartment!
