Hi, My wife Latha is having a TVS Wego Regn No.KA52-J5607. We had given the vehicle to Triton TVS Hebbal for servicing including tinkering and painting the front panel of the vehicle on z 18 Oct 2014 at 1300 hrs vide job card receipt No. 7003. Today is 03 Nov 14. 16 days passed and inspite of repeated calls daily, they are unable do the servicing of the vehicle and have not yet delivered the vehicle. They are giving petty reasons and not hearing our request to give the vehicle serviced. My wife and my daughter who is dependent on the two wheeler for day-to-day job and school are suffering from this. This is causing physical and mental damage to us.
1. Immediate servicing of the the vehicle as requested. 2. INR. 50,000/- as damages towards not considering our repeated calls from me and my wife to get the vehicle serviced. This shows the unprofessional attitude of the agency towards customers. For that they should be taught a lesson on how to deal with the customers. I am not behind the money.
