KSRTC Online Booking Amount Deducted Twice

I have booked a ticket from KSRTC Website on 21st August – Ref # OB12855395 , but the amount got deducted twice. Have contacted onlinerefund@ksrtc.org with proofs and they have confirmed me to give back the extra money deducted. But even after multiple reminders via calls and mails (Have the proof), the amount is still not sent to me. I am terribly disturbed through this, the issue needs to be solved and i should be compensated for this.

The amount has to be credited to my account + I should be compensated for my distress towards the issue.
