Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered Mobile(Cost 10000/-) before 12 days Back. When I saw mobile its having problem in Speakers, Sound is not coming out from phone. Suddenly I have logged a complaint in customer care for replacement of that mobile. One of the executive has told me that they will arrange reverse pick up within 2 days from courier partner. Since then I have called almost 8 times in 12 days and the response I am getting from executives that we have arranged reverse pick & courier guy will come in 2 days like this almost 2 weeks passed but i haven’t received any call from courier partner also not a single call for my complaint from Snapdeal. Its a big mental harassment of me. I want you to file a complaint against snapdeal for fraud case & mental harrasment. Thanks & regards Prashant Kalokhe
I wanted to have refund of my funds with the interest whatever liable as they really used my money for 2 weeks & also mentally harrased me on my complaint by not doing anything
