I have paid the amount till date during that time, and i changed the address i requested but they did not done it, I got call from delhi they are keeping compliant, they are asking pay when i not used there service due to inefficiency Proper internet my pending due 250 rs below conversation mail attached, for this RS.250 they charged fine of 1500 and now it increased to 4500 now, they are unable to give internet connection properly now they impose fine what ever the amount they want i called to their customer care department numerous time but no one responded, they are threatening me file complaint against me, without proper internet connection and fraud promises they are saying that they filed complaint against me , now after some 2 Years they have started to call me saying there’s a court case filed against me in Delhi court for the dues of 3000 something with 84,000 as penalty. I am attaching mail conversation happened with them

i want money back what i paid to them because they provided proper service to me. instead they given wrong promises to me .
