Dear Sir I have purchased TVS Jupiter vehicle from Triton Motors on 4th Feb 2014 wide Bill No.2466 , Vehicle Reg No.KA04-HS-229.Vehicle has got Vibration Problem from last six months, I have raised this issue in all my visit to service center(including three free service) but problem is not fixed , After repetitive complaints to TVS Motor they have issued customer care complaint no.42913 on 13th August , Mr Dileep KK from TVS Motor has advised to take the vehicle to Prakruthi TVS for service, I have visited Prakruthi TVS four time between 20th August to 20th Sept, but the vibration problem is not fixed, And there is no reply from TVS on this issue.
