I am not received any bill since 4/26/2014 8:58 PM. On my request on 9/11/2014 you send me the duplicate copy of my bill on 9/11/2014 7:49 PM on same day. In absence of the bill i got my bill amt. form the SMS service and paid on time. When i come to know bill is crossing my expenses limit i checked through duplicated bill. I was soaked that my plan was changed from VG_MU_MV_ICICI_99 to VG_MU_MV_ICICI_GOLD Plan. You converted this mobile in such plan which is not user friendly.JUST MORE THAN DOUBLE MY BILL since April 2014 Pls verify from your billing deptt…Is this is your service to the customer ? Related to this change there is on communication by your end and also non of the bill was received on my bill or mailing address. I called to the customer care but no service request was taken by any employee of the Vodafone to whom i interceded. I request to raise my concern to voda officials to your Employee Mr. Ravi..Komal..Deepesh (Floor Manager ) they force me to accept this activate plan only. I want to know how can a company can change plan without informing to their customer as a service provider. Think this is my worst experience and treatment received form Voda care team. This is utterly shocking and appears to be a new mode of harassment which you Vodafone have invented to harass people. Vodafone will lose all your customers. (SUCH PATHATIC SERVICE IS NOT EVEN PROVIDED THESE DAYS BY GOVT.OWNED COS.LIKE MTNL AND BSNL) I was using this no since 2003 to 2010(pre-paid) after that converted in post paid & never delay in payment of bill in any month. Your revert and customer care treatment force me to stop the payment of bills.and feeling of Harassment from your customer care department. Again i request you to do the needful and close the issue..
