On 11 dec 13, I visited TVS showroom & deposited Rs 5000 as booking amt. of JUPITER(WHITE)(WITHOUT ACCESSORY) On 25/12/13 dealer called me to take delivery but i have to take loan from bank so i visited on 30/12/13 with draft of Rs 46800(see attachment). but they said you can take vehicle with accessory fitted, i refused & insisted to deliver me without accessory than they said if you want without accessory than you have to wait further for some more days & assured that vehicle will reach on 10/01/14 but vehicle came on 14/01/14 after telephonic talk i visited on 15/01/14 but again they refused to deliver the vehicle without accessory however 4 pieces were available at that time i said you give in writing but he said that we will not give in writing in this way this was total harassment case & also no response of their customer care received till today,however email has been sent to agency on 15/01/14 but they have also not responded.

I want to get the vehicle without accessory and compensation may be granted near about Rupees five thousand due to expenditure incurred during these days.
