I had given 7 shirts for ironing to Student’s Home Laundry, Address: 1108, E, Sita Chambers, Shahupuri, Kolhapur on 11/04/2010. On delivery of the 7 shirts, I noticed that 2 of the 7 shirts were missing. Instead, the laundry had given 2 shirts which did not belong to me. I went back to the laundry and returned the 2 shirts and requested them to deliver my shirts which were missing. They asked me to come back in 2 days so that they would find the missing shirts. I have visited the laundry 5 times since then. Today on 25/04/2010, the laundry claims that the shirts had never gone missing. Instead the laundry had given 2 shirts ‘extra’ to me, which is not possible as they counted the shirts on delivery. I want my shirts back or monetary compensation in case they have lost the shirts.
