Non Refund of Registration amount against Residential apartment at ghaziabad by U.P. Avas Vikas Parishad

Dear sir,

1) My registration against Residential apartment ( Sapna Enclave Type-I) Ghaziabad under U.P.Avas Vikas Parishad, Ghaziabad was cancelled vide thier office order no. 6261, dated 04/05/2016.

2) In this connection, i had submitted Original Demand Letter along with registration and payment details in your office in 13 May-2016 via speedpost. I have submitted all details during registration process.

3) After then i have regularly requested via 21 nos. email or 10 times letters, to release of money to MD UPAVP, Lucknow & EMO Ghaziabad, but case is pending yet .This is huge amount for me, kindly release my registration amount on priority basis.

I have also registered complain no. 516, dated 28.12.2016 in Jan Shuvidha Kendra, Lucknow, for refund of registration amount. Jan Suvidha kendra representative was confirmed that, refund will be deposited in your account within fifteen days.

After chasing of your representative in Jan-2017 & Feb-2017, they were confirmed, money will deposited with in fifteen days. On 02.03.2017 we were called to Jan suvidha kendra representative, they told me we can not help, you go to Ghaziabad office and talk about your refund.

I was called on 02.03.2017 to ghaziabad office no. 0120-2882025,at 12.30 Hrs. a person received a call of your ghaziabad office and told me cashier is not available at his seat you will talk after one or two hour. I was called Estate manager ( Mr. Keshav Ram-) authority mobile no. 8795810052., when we told about our refund they told me Keshav Ram mobile no. has been transfer to us and cut the mobile phone.

I have several time requested to Chairman HQ camp Lucknow & Ghaziabad office also for releasing of money, via emails & letters but till date non received reply from your organization site.

we have continue requested from June-2016 to till date, but not received any valuable information from UPAVP side.
