Hi, I have 5 free rides available in my uber account but i was not able to use them. When I asked them they replied saying that I need to have minimum balance of 200 Rs. in my account. When I credited Rs 200 in the account through net banking (SBI – Please find the snapshot)into paytm of Uber app, it was not reflecting in my account. When I asked for the reason, Uber and paytm are not answering over the email (as they do not have call facility). Would like to file the complaint against Uber and Paytm.
