Respected Sirs, This is kindly inform you that I have purchased a tablet (Ubislate 3G7) from Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (Makers of AAKASH Tablet) .I have received Telephone Call on dated August 28, 29, 2014 from datawind (+911244775600, +911244775650, +911832708410(Mr. Gaurav) & others). He told me about different model of Ubislat Tablet, then I have to decide Model No. Ubislat Tablet 3G7 & booked on dated August 29, 2014 (communication time 5:45to 6:35 PM). I have received that tablet device on September 03, 2014(Invoice Number: TIBD0830140210.) by BLUEDART couriers after much more follow ups with Datawind team. I had to Pay amount Rs. 5299/- on Cash on delivery basis. But Product/device was faulty & having quality problems in it. So after Telephonic discussion(0183-2708500) and making E-mail with Datawind service centre. After Two days, I have to received telephone (+911832708410) from Rajwinder Kaur, Datawind, Amritsar on dated: September 19, 2014. Rajwinder Kaur told me, you have to sent back faulty device at Amritsar Technical centre office as per given address by Datawind. I told you at this time, I am out of station. When, I’ll back to home then I’ll send device to you. I had sent device on October 04, 2014 by DTDC couriers plus service (Cr. No: V19115258) and received / accepted by Datawind on October 07, 2014 1:00PM Datawind team committed to Re dispatch the fresh Ubislat Tablet 3G7 device with 1 GB RAM, Resoluion 1024×600, Charger & accessories within 3 to 4 days. But Not happened like that, After many communications they no replied. They committed to dispatch fresh version within 3 to 4 working days. But now till date (after more than 5 days) I have not received that latest device / product. I make calls fifty to sixty times in a 3 5 days for follow up. I have done many E-mails but they have not given a single reply of my any E-mail till date. I am also asking for Refund but either they do not dispatch product or refund me. I am getting harassed by Datawind. It is a fraud, fake and online cheater company. They always give fake promise and dispatch faulty device to customers. They take uncertain time to deliver product or refund money. In 99% cases they do not pick up phones. When (fortunately) pick up phones but disconnect & hangs the phones in running talk.
They do not give satisfied answer and proper response to customers. Right now I do not want to purchase Datawind product due to faulty products and very delay in delivery.
