UBISLATE 7c+ – application stop responding

I have bought a UBISLATE 7C+ in july first week. For first few days,it was working fine, but after that it started giving problems.Sometimes,it suddenly restart and application stop responding. Battery at one moment shows 80% and very next moment phone gets switched off. Now it is even not starting. It is struck on screen where a fan keeps on roating and DATAWIND come on display. It is not going on HOME SCREEN. As mentioned in there user manual, i have reset it, but it was of no use. Many times i called on their customer support number, but no one answered. Due to this problem, i am not able to perform my office work, which i am supposed to do from home. It has my confidential data in which about which i am more concerned. I am getting frustrated because of this.

I want my cash (Rs 5200) back and want to return this device to the company. I don’t want to use this device any more. I am planning to buy a new one.
