Ubislate 7cZ tablet – tablet got stuck Poor service

I bought my Ubislate 7cZ tablet 20th September 2013 after long days. I used hardly 15 days when the tablet got stuck on datawind logo and hence unable to proceed further. On 5th October 2013 I submitted it in your service center Phonix International, B 40 Raja SC Mallick Road, Jadavpur, Kolkata with job Sheet No. LKASCWB001J116. But till date after passing 2.5 month I am not receiving my tablet back. I phoned several time to the service centre and to your customer care no. 01832-581330, they are seems equally confused to answer when I get my service done. Please note whenever I call they are still telling within one week I will get my tablet.

As such, I request you please take this matter urgently and make my service done with ASAP else refund my hard earn money back. Being a customer with proper invoice (attaching herewith), why I face this kind of inconvenience when customer satisfaction is my legal right?

I want my money back.
