Dear Sir/Mam It is in persuance with regarding my booking of house hold item on 31st March 2014 from my Residence Saheenbag New Delhi to Bhagalpur Bihar, from a Mover Paker “Ujjawal National Packer & Mover” New Delhi provided by you. It is very unfortunate that my house hold goods were not transported at time given by the said mover packer inspire of so many reminder. After 20 days of booking and final payment made at the time of loading they asked for more money Rs 6000/- as . road tax,, Dock charges, Insurance..etc which was not told me earlier.At last they deliver the goods but some of the item viz a cartoon full of Electronic gadgets Kitchen items etc and a Showcase (Cupboard) worth of Rs.35 thousand is missing, . When I inquired where about the item they told us they are searching the same. Four months have passed but there is no response from them (Packer Mover). Even they did not answer my phone. As told by you I’m writing this as a complain to enquirer about the matter and solve the issue before I’ll go to any legal procedure. Kindly intimate the action to be taken by you.
